Meet John Lowery, DMD

Dr. John C. Lowery was born in Dothan, AL, and grew up in Newnan, Georgia. He went on to graduate from Northgate High School.

He enrolled in Auburn University and graduated in 2019 with a degree in Cellular, Molecular, and Microbial Biology, with a minor in business.

After a brief gap year working at a probiotics company, he enrolled in the Dental College of Georgia and completed his doctorate in 2024.

From a young age, Dr. Lowery was sure that he wanted to pursue a career in healthcare.

He always knew that he wanted to work with his hands, so he decided that dentistry was the perfect blend of hands-on skill and patient treatment that allowed him to help his community.

Dr. Lowery always wanted to live closer to family, so coming to Pine Mountain was a perfect fit with his family being right down the road in Newnan.

Like the rest of the team here at Pine Mountain Family Dentistry, Dr. Lowery is committed to continuing his education and advancing his skill set to provide the highest quality of care possible to his patients.

When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Lowery is an avid golfer, and you will likely find him out on the course over the weekend. He loves all things outdoors and spends his time outside playing sports, hiking,

kayaking, and doing anything that involves being out on the water.
